We are now offering our customers our new smart support solution which we call SLA (Support Level Agreement). A completely new way of handling service and support for the industry, which gives both the customer and the supplier advantages that both benefit from. The SLA is a form of agreement that gives both parties security and stability, while also aiming for increased efficiency and profitability through, among other things, preventive maintenance.
