We have just got started. The functionality and features in the first version has been adapted to meet you current needs and requirements, but we know that these will change over time and hence our Log Sorting Station will evolve as well.

The future is actually not as far away as it sounds. We have already planned which features we intend to develop for the next version of our new Log Sorting station. Additionally, we have also planned when these new features will be available to the market. The upgrade for those who install the first version will be smooth, as we have built the system on a modular platform that makes this easy.

The Unmanned Log Sorting Station

At RemaSawco, we have a vision of an unmanned Log Sorting Station in the not-too-distant future. For this reason, this is included in our development plans, and all technology is prepared and provides the conditions to enable this vision as soon as Biometria approves the principles around such a concept.

Together with RemaSawco, you are ready for the AI revolution. Already today, AI is used to develop advanced models for quality sorting in RemaSawco's X-Ray, and this is an area where we will continue to focus. A large part of future development, including the unmanned Log Sorting station, will involve smarter use of data from the systems. RemaSawco's Log Sorting station is delivered together with our new digital platform for data storage and smart data analysis. This platform is the hub for all smart data analyses, simulations, and reports that help you utilize your facility even better. In other words, your facility is ready for the future!

Add on our updated Operator Chair

As before, you can advantageously purchase your Log Sorting station together with our comfortable operator chair RS-FlexCon, which we now offer in an updated, even safer version. The chair will continue to be offered in both sitting and sit/stand versions. The operator can easily and flexibly handle daily operations directly via the chair, which includes displaying production data, alarms/messages, and necessary functions to manage settlement measurement according to VMF's regulations. The market's best operator chair is now even better.

Complement with an X-Ray

Our new modular system design allows you to complement your measurement station with our new and space-efficient X-Ray, now or later. Since the integration into the new measurement station is already prepared, the time for commissioning an X-Ray is minimal. It is also perfectly possible to complement an existing facility with our new X-Ray, as it can be combined with most of our previous log scanner frames. This innovative flexibility means that you are well-equipped for all conceivable challenges you may face in the future.
