RS-BoardScannerQ – New release – 11.0.0

This year’s release of our market-leading board scanner RS-BoardScannerQ is here!

After feedback from our customers and based on our own observations, this year’s release focuses on:

• Further developing optimization capabilities for special planer profiles and strength grading for the U.S. export market.
• Creating more advantages for those installing a scanner in the green sorting stage.
• Improving the user experience and streamlining daily operations with RS-BoardScanner.

This release brings many new features, including:

• New optimization options, such as asymmetric splitting
• New functions for assessing green lumber, including kiln-drying control
• New features for evaluating planed lumber
• New visualizations in the dashboard
• Even better functionality for sorting U.S. lumber for higher yield

These are just a few of the highlights of this year’s release – we’ve made many more improvements and additions that we’re excited to share with our users.

If you’re already a customer, you’ve likely received an invitation to our User Meeting on January 21st, where we’ll take a closer look at Release 11.0.0 and discuss future requests and plans with our customers.
